## ⚠️ Breaking Changes

### Legacy log and MCP health routes removed

The following routes are no longer registered:

- `GET /v1/daemon/log`
- `GET /v1/session/:session_id/log`
- `GET /v1/session/:session_id/daemon`
- `GET /v1/mcp/health`

**Migration:**

- Replace daemon and session log subscriptions with `GET /v1/log`.
- Pass `sessions=<id>` to subscribe to session events.
- Use the default daemon stream for loopback clients, or pass `daemon=0` when requesting session-only logs.
- Replace MCP health checks with the available MCP status and reconnect endpoints.
- Read the release version from `GET /v1/info/version` or the centralized runtime version value.
