### Bundled workflow Skills are no longer shipped

The repository no longer includes the bundled `code-reviewer`, `commit-generate`, `readme-generate`, `search-suitable-public-api`, and `version-generate` Skills under `extensions/skills/`.

- Use the TUI `/skills` command to install supported official Skills into the managed system-design directory.
